Helping others improve their health has been the driving force behind my career. Through my experience in strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, and healthcare, I've learned that successful nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. I take a personalized approach, working to understand each person's unique health history, barriers, motivations, and goals. My focus is on creating realistic, sustainable strategies—not restrictive diets—that help women improve their energy, performance, body composition, and overall well-being so they can feel strong and confident at every stage of life.
